Shadow Shot Sunday

I have been having withdrawal symptoms since the last time I participated in Shadow Shot Sunday.  The problem is that I haven't had much luck with catching shadows over the past couple of weeks, so I have had to resort to sunnier days in Florence a few months back.

The colours are intoxicating.

A traveller finds this is the best way to cool off on a hot Florentine day.

At night the shadows provide drama.

Tracy of Hey Harriet hosts Shadow Shot Sunday, so please pop over and discover why this is fast becoming the place to be seen!

Happy Easter to everyone - I do hope you have a joyous day surrounded by family and friends.

The shadows are wonderful! I utilize photo archives in the quest for shadows, no nothing judgmental here...The arches in the building are stunning architecture, arc shaped shadows are so stylish! The man cooling down is is a place of strong sun and even stronger shadows. Who often considers the elegant night shadows when searching for them?

Your redesign is stylish!

Fantastic captures and I think we all have to depend on our photo archives from time to time -- nothing wrong with that all as far as I'm concerned. I love the architecture, the man cooling off and the night shots, too! Terrific collection for the day! Hope you have a very Happy Easter weekend! Enjoy!

The colours in the first shot are intoxicating! There are so many protruding elements for casting shadows too! And adore the mystery of your night shot!

Your shots are amazing and dramatic too.

Now, I know how it feel while chasing shadows while sun don't cooperate, right? As we are a chaser's hard sometimes.

Downunder is going to dim & Europe will shine and my time to enjoy the sun or maybe I will enjoy the 5 weeks summer holidays in the Philippines & Singapore on June.

Happy week to come.
