Shadows in a Gallery

I always suspected that I was an angel, and here's the proof.  While watching a video installation at the Gallery of Modern Art during the week (see here), the film stopped and there we were standing like a couple of startled rabbits in the headlights.  It wasn't until I downloaded the image onto the computer that I noticed the halo - a little spooky!

If you haven't experienced Shadow Shot Sunday, why not hop over to Hey Harriet to view some wonderful shots, the last for 2009.

I hope your Christmas was as happy as ours, surrounded by family and friends, and I wish everybody the best for 2010.

It is almost like the artist becomes the art also. The halo is a fine gift to the participants in the live art here. The forms on the wall are lovely, and your earrings stand out clearly. Happy New Year!

What a surprise to be discovered as an angel...tis the season!

I'll take rain any day over snow, at least I can get to work. Nobody goes out in it so you might as well stay home and enjoy a day off...but we know spring is just around the corner, however, when our spring comes, so does your winter, so I won't wish too hard!!!

Have a wonderful New Year, filled with peace and promise!!!

What a beautiful shot!

Have a safe and happy trip. Our weather here is raining since Christmas. I am hoping too for a sunshine for I want to take the kids to the city and somewhere else.:)

Enjoy your holiday.

I always knew that you were an angel Robyn! Good to see that GoMA are aware of the fact too! Great shot! I'm off to GoMA this Wednesday & I'm taking my little nephew. He thinks we'll be spending the day at Timezone playing video games. Ha!

I hope you're having a wonderful time with your family and you enjoy seeing in the New Year. All the very best for 2010!

Love this shot and the 'proof' it affords of your angelic status! This weekend I'm sharing a mosaic of shadowy photos that I took in Hemet, CA on Christmas Eve. Happy Shadow Shot Sunday!
