You could cut the zuchin...Figs are my favorite yum! You could cut the zuchinni in to pieces about 2 - 3 inches long, scoop out the middle (use that for your slice) and stuff it will a tomatoey mince & rice filling, top with cheese and bake until the zuchinni is tender.
